This Park is a family run business owned by the Heath family for the past thirty years.  The Park Home Site development opened in August 1994.  It is a member of the British Holiday and Home Park Association, which ensures high standards throughout the industry. The Park is also registered under the prestigious 10-year Gold Shield Warranty Scheme.

Our Park Home Development for the Over 50's retired and semi-retired with no dependant children is now recognised as one of the prime Park Home Developments in the Lake District.

The Park has recently celebrated its 10th year Anniversary.
